Watch: Tollywood star Vijay Devarakonda in Kashmiri get-up wooing Samantha of O Antava fame

Forget Bollywood, Tollywood stars are trying Kashmiri get-up to woo the audience in the south.

Samantha of O Antava fame and Vijay Deverkonda of Arjun Reddy were in Kashmir to shoot their Telugu movie. The movie was launched in Hyderabad last month. The movie is directed by Shiva Nirvana and bankrolled by Mynthri Movies.

The makers have now released the first look poster. The film has been titled `Kushi’. Sam is seen in a pink saree while Vijay is seen in a Kashmiri pheran with kangri in tow.

The film is will hit the screens on 23 December. It will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Samantha’s O Antava’ item number inPushpa-The Rising’ was a raging hit across all platforms. She also played the character of a Tamil militant in `The Family Man- season 2′.

Vijay and Samantha arrived in Kashmir last month for the first shooting schedule. Later they will shoot in Hyderabad, Vizag, and Alleppey.

Last month, Samantha was in for a major surprise when a film crew enacted a fake scene to celebrate her birthday on location in Kashmir.
