Srinagar, Apr 20: Renowned cardiologist Dr Sajad Reshi passed away after a prolonged fight with cancer on Friday.
His was laid to rest at ancestral graveyard at Anantnag Friday evening.
Dr Reshi worked in United Kingdom for most of his life. He is survived by his wife Marianne.
Many close friends including Advocate Zaffar A Shah, Ex VC IUST Prof.Siddiq Wahid, Mehboob Beigh and JKLF Chief Yasin Malik attended his last rites. The deceased’s third day fatiha will be held on Sunday at 10 am near Hanfia School in Anantnag
