Srinagar:National Conference working president and Former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday accused Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti of changing her statements over the FIR in Shopian Killings.
Omar while talking to media persons in Pahalgam said that state government is giving one version of the FIR and the army is telling people another version of the same story.
He said that Mehbooba has changed the statement that was given during the Assembly session.
“There is a difference between the statement of the army and state government. People want that truth should come forward,” Omar said.
He said that “In the age of social media they (state government) can’t hide facts. Everybody has a copy of that FIR now.”
He said that Chief Minister has promised the people that FIR will be taken to its logical conclusion and she should do it.
