Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali says Radha Krishna is a very big film in his mind and very close to his heart.

Imtiaz interacted with media at the launch of Music composer Pritam Chakraborty’s company ‘Jam8’ on Thursday in Mumbai.

Imtiaz Ali along with Reliance Entertainment, last year on Janmashtami announced an epic romantic film based on Radha Krishna folklore.Talking about the same he said, “It will take some time for me to make ‘Radha Krishna’ because in my head it is a very big film but I also wanted to make sure that the film’s purity comes out right.”

His last release, ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ failed to impress the critic and audience at the box office.

When asked about his upcoming project and the rumors about Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aryan being cast for Love Aaj Kal sequel he said, “I can’t really say anything about it because there is nothing to speak about. We are still working on it nothing has been confirmed so far we are just working towards the film.”

Talking about Pritam’s incubative company ‘JAM8’ he said, “I think the best way to learn how to work in the industry whether in the music or filmmaking is to actually work. so I think that’s what I like most about ‘JAM8’, it is a professional institute which will supply professional work outside for money.”

Directed by Imtiaz Ali, ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ starrer, Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma in lead roles.
