Chanderhama: In the ongoing 15th SNW Memorial Cricket Trophy at SNW Memorial Ground Chanderhama, Pattan Kandi XI defeated Rising Star Goosu Pulwama by 22 runs.
Batting first Kandi XI scored 174 runs in the allotted 20 overs.
Aijaz Ahmad played beautiful knock of 76 runs while as Zahoor Ahmad contributed 36 runs for his team. Showket was the only bowler of Goosu Pulwama who took 2 wickets for his team.
In reply, Rising Star Goosu couldn’t chase the target and fell short of 22 runs. Ishaq was the top scorer from Pulwama and contributed 52 runs for his team. Manzoor took 3 wickets while as Aijaz took 2 wickets for his team.
Aijaz was declared as Man of the match for his all-round Performance with bat and ball.
Best Moment of the Match was awarded to Manzoor Ahmad for his superb bowling spell.
