Srinagar, Sep 28: Authorities allowed the wife of Farooq Abdullah to meet him for the second time here at Gupkar Srinagar.
The three-time Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, former Union minister and opposition National Conference President Farooq Abdullah has been detained under Public Safety Act.
A large number of political leaders are facing detention after Government of India abrogated Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.
Reliable sources said that besides Molly Abdullah, sister Suriya and daughter Safia also met Farooq Abdullah.
Molly Abdullah had arrived in Srinagar a couple of days back from London. She met her son Omar Abdullah as well, who is facing detention at Hari Niwas palace.
Sources also informed that mother of Mehbooba Mufti too met her at Cheshma Shahi Guest House that has been converted into make-shift jail for her. (KNT)
