Srinagar, Apr 11: Chairman People’s Democratic Front (PDF) and MLA Khansahib, Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen while expressing deep pain and agony over the unabated blood bath in Kashmir has made a passionate appeal to all stakeholders including India, Pakistan and Hurriyat leaders to shun their ego, for the sake of humanity, to stop naked dance of death and destruction in the state.
He has urged both the nations to come on negotiating table to resolve all the outstanding issues especially Kashmir problem so that the bloodshed of human lives is stopped.
In a statement issued, Hakeem Yaseen said that the people of the state are passing through the worst human tragedy due to killings of their near and dear ones helplessly on daily basis because of the animosity between India and Pakistan .
“How long these neighbouring countries will go on watching the naked dance of death and destruction in the state,” Hakeem Yaseen said while appealing them to take pity on the miserable plight of Kashmiris.
Expressing agony and grief over the loss of precious human lives in gun battle in Khudwani, Kulgam today Hakeem Yaseen has said “Enough blood has spilled in kashmir which should stop now.
He said both the nuclear nations should rise to the occasion to end ongoing bloodshed in the state after resolving their all outstanding issues.
He said that India and Pakistan are neighbors who cannot wipe out each other but shall have to co-exist in the larger interests of their people.
Hakeem also appealed all the mainstream political parties to jointly prevail upon the Indian leadership to address the genuine aspirations of the people of Kashmir.
