Viral video of a cobra drinking water from a glass? We all must have read or heard the famous story of a thirsty crow. But we never imagine a Cobra drinking water from a glass. The reptile, one of the most dangerous on earth does feel thirsty then and now. And in this heat, someone dared to quench its thirst by making it drink from a glass. Audaciously stupid move, we must say!

A video showing a person making a cobra, a highly venomous snake, drink water from a glass has gone viral on social media.

In it a giant cobra, several feet long as its tail can be seen wriggling several feet away in the backdrop is seen drinking water.

The video was shared by a user on Twitter with a caption that read: “Monkey and ducklings are eating watermelon and here u are watching the king cobra actually drinking water from a glass held in the hand. They too have to be hydrated then n there.But they don’t open the mouth to drink water there is a small nostrils through which they suck water”.

The user was reacting to an IFS officer’s video in which a cute baby monkey and ducklings were seen having a watermelon.

While the post is of last August, people are resharing it given the summer this year is atrociously hot.
