Srinagar, Oct 18: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday directed Dr. Kunzes Dolma i/c deputy director (HQ) health services Kashmir to hold charge of director health services Kashmir to her own assignment till further orders and appointed Dr. Samir Matoo as director health services Jammu to relieve Bhupinder Singh, IAS of the additional charge.
Dr. Arun Sharma has been appointed as I/C ADMO labour (EST) in his own pain grade.
An order issued by the principle secretary health and medical education department reads “Dr. Kunzes Dolma, I/C deputy director (HQ) health services Kashmir shall hold the charge of director health services Kashmir in addition to her own assignment till further orders. Dr. Samir Matoo director family welfare MCH and immunization J&K is transferred and posted as director health services Jammu relieving Bhupinder Singh IAS of the additional charge. Dr. Arun Sharma I/C CMO presently awaiting orders of adjustment in the directorate of health services Jammu posted as I/C ADMO labour (EST) in his pay and grade. He shall also hold the charge of director family welfare, MCH and immunization J&K in addition to his own duties till further orders.”
The order further reads that the arrangement in respect of Dr. Dolma and Dr. Arun Sharma has been ordered in the interest of administration purely on temporary basis and subject to the outcome of writ petition (s) if any pending before the court (s) of law and shall not confer any right upon the officers to claim professional treatment at the time of regularization/promotions which shall be made strictly in accordance with the rules.
