COVID19 relief fund: Govt Polytechnic College, Srinagar donates Rs 1 lakh

Sringar: Government Polytechnic College, Srinagar has donated Rs 1 lakh to the relief fund set up by Jammu and Kashmir administration to combat the coronavirus pandemic.

Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Srinagar Altaf Hussain Shalla presented a cheque to Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Shahid Iqbal Choudhary.

 “We are immensely grateful to the district administration who are at the front lines of controlling this pandemic,” Hussain said.

He was accompanied by Sajad Ahmed Khan, HOD Civil Engineering, Perwaiz Ahmad Rather, HOD Wood Technology and Muneer Ahmad Mir, Training & Placement Officer.

Shahid Iqbal Choudhary expressed his gratitude and praised the efforts undertaken by Government Polytechnic College, Srinagar towards the generous cause.
