40 thousand quintal firewood to be supply to mosques

Srinagar, Nov 05The Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir took a review of firewood and winter stocking at P.C. Depot Srinagar.

He was accompanied by Conservator of Forests, Srinagar Circle, Divisional Forest Officer, Urban Forestry Division and Range Officers.

He was informed that forty thousand quintals of firewood have been stocked for supply to Mosques in Srinagar District.

The CCF directed the concerned officials to start the supply of firewood immediately to 1350 mosques already registered with the department for heating purpose for the coming winter season.

He Directed the concerned to complete the distribution process of firewood well in time as per the targets.
