Srinagar: In a shocking incident, a 13-year-old boy in Qasbayar village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district committed suicide after his younger brother didn’t let him play PUBG game on a mobile phone.

The incident happened in Dangerpora Mohalla of Qasbayar village when the duo was playing inside their home.

Local people told news agency KNT that playing PUBG mobile game on the mobile phone, which probably belonged to their father, became a bone of contention between the two brothers. Consequently, the elder one gave up and ended his life.

The slain boy, whom locals identified as Asrar Ahmad son of Farooq Ahmad Bhat, died after he hanged himself. (KNT)

  1. It’s all lie that he sucides on pubg mobile. My brain say that her parents asked him to see your classmates how he learn and work at home you are playing only with mobile so don’t say he sucides for pubg he suciedes on studies

    1. It’s very sad to hear that a young boy has taken this step. I guess gaming isn’t the right cause for his suicide. There are so many other games than PUBG, on the other side, we are all at our homes because of this pandemic and I guess at this age you should let you children have fun.
