Jammu, Apr 15 : After his appointment as Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor Ministry of External Affairs Government Of India, the Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday relieved the Administrative Secretary Information and Technical Education departments Raj Kumar Goyal, IAS.
