Srinagar, Oct 27: At least three residential houses were damaged in a massive fire incident that broke out in Suliman Tanghdar village of Karnah Tehsil on Saturday afternoon.
Panic gripped entire Suliman area when the massive fire broke out due to a short circuit in a residential house of Alyas Ahmad Lone, son of Mohd Yousuf Lone.
The fire later spread to the nearby houses of Maneer Ahmad Lone and Amjid Lone, sons of Mohd Yousuf Lone, causing huge loss to the families
Eyewitnesses said that “it was 12 noon when we saw flames all over and rushed towards the site but before we could reach the spot, fire had already devastated everything.”
Officials said that no loss of life or injury was reported so far and property worth lakhs were damaged in the incident.
