Srinagar: Hurriyat Conference (M) Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Friday said that Government of India (GoI) is using agencies to pressurize pro-freedom leadership in Kashmir.
Mirwaiz on Thursday returned back to Srinagar after being quizzed for three consecutive days by National Investigation Agency (NIA) in New Delhi.
While addressing Friday congregation at Jamia Masjid, Mirwaiz said that he told NIA that Kashmir issue has to be resolved politically.” Kashmiris are victim of pellet guns and people are being harassed on daily basis,” he said.
Mirwaiz said that he is not scared of any threats and neither will he succumb to any pressure.
