Firing along Rajouri LoC, 6 injured

Jammu, Apr 3: At least six security forces personnel manning area near Line of Control (LoC) got injured in firing in Rajouri district on Friday.

Sources said that cross border firing took place at a few forward areas in Sunderbani sector of Rajouri district.

“Firing took place in the wee hours of Friday morning in which six personnel have received injuries.” sources said.

They added that all these personnel were deployed near Line of Control and got injured in firing after which they have been shifted in hospital for treatment.

Cross border firing in the area took place for a couple of hours, sources added. (KNO)
