DGP visits Tanghdar, interacts with public

Tanghdar, Oct 27: Director General of Police Dilbag Singh accompanied by IGP Kashmir SP Pani and DIG North Kashmir Atul Goyal Saturday visited Tangdhar in the frontier district Kupwara.

During his visit, the DGP addressed a public darbar at helipad in Tangdhar in which large number of people particularly the respectable citizens of the area participated.

Speaking on the occasion, DGP said that people of Tangdhar are peace loving people and never supported any unlawful activity disrupting peace and order in the area. He sought co-operation of the people for eradicating drugs addiction saying that its effects are horrific on the society.
