Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has welcomed the government’s decision to revoke PSA against former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, saying it’s time the Centre restores democratic rights to the people of J&K.
Taking to Twitter on Omar Abdullah’s release on Tuesday, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra wrote, So happy to learn that @omarabdullah’s unconstitutional and undemocratic detention has been revoked at last. It’s about time the union government restores democratic and constitutional rights to the people of Jammu and Kashmir as well.
