Srinagar, Oct 3: A day before the constitution of a special investigation team, police questioned for three days People Democratic Party MLA from whose house at Jawaharnagar Srinagar a special police officer decamped with seven AK-47 rifles and licensed pistol of the legislators last week

Official sources said that the police recorded MLA Aijaz Mir’s statement in connection with the incident which occurred on Friday.

They said that the MLA who represents Wachi constituency of Shopian in state assembly was questioned on a wide range of issues as to how long he knows the SPO, Adil Bashir.
