As the new wave of COVID-19 rages on, vaccination and lockdown are the only two ways to deal with it. Authorities in Kashmir have kickstarted the inoculation drive to cover everyone above the age of 18. However, many vaccination centres have reported limited supplies even as people are unable to find slots on COWIN portal.
