The Kalima is inscribed on a board fixed to his bicycle and he has finally reached Saudi Arabia.
The young Nigerian cyclist reached Saudi Arabia after two years to perform Umrah in Makkah and visit the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.
On his arrival, Aliyu Abdullahi Bala received a warm welcome by officials from the Consulate General in Jeddah on behalf of Nigerian Ambassador Yahaya Lawal.
The Nigerian Embassy said in a statement: “Nigerian Mission warmly welcomes the bicycle man from Nigeria into the Kingdom, who left Jos, Plateau State in February 2021, for Umrah in Makkah and a visit to the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, and arrived in the Kingdom safely in the fulfillment of his vow and mission.”
Later, the ambassador met the Nigerian cyclist when he returned to Jeddah after visiting the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.
