New Delhi: Aamir Khan makes a powerful comeback in Sitaare Zameen Par, portraying a coach assigned to train a team of specially-abled individuals for a national basketball championship. Unlike his calm and inspiring role in Taare Zameen Par, Aamir’s new character is troubled by past mistakes and is sentenced by court to mentor the team after being penalized for rash driving and making insensitive remarks.
The trailer traces his journey from reluctant coach to emotional transformation, as he bonds with the team and confronts his inner conflicts. Genelia D’Souza stars alongside him, adding a romantic subplot.
