Shock, anger after teenager sodomizes four-year-old boy in central Kashmir; held

Srinagar:  Police have arrested a  teenager for allegedly sodomizing a four-year-old boy in the Khag area of Budgam district.

An official soon after receiving information, police swung into action and arrested the teenager.

Police have booked the accused under section 377 IPC and section 4 POSCO act. The investigation has been put on the fast track.
