SRINAGAR, AUGUST 16: Chief Spokesperson of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, and MLA Zadibal Tanvir Sadiq, has expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Sahab for sanctioning his proposal to construct an overhead pedestrian pathway at SKIMS Chowk in Zadibal constituency.
The project, a long-pending demand of the people, will significantly ease the movement of commuters, patients, their attendants, and the general public while crossing the busy junction that connects Nowshera, Bolochipura, and Naribal (Soura side).
In addition, the beautification of SKIMS Chowk, proposed by Sadiq under his Constituency Development Fund (CDF), is already underway.
Sadiq, accompanied by the Director SKIMS, Executive Engineer, and other concerned officials, visited the site to inspect and review the project. The team discussed and finalized the best possible plan to maximize the utility and public benefit of the proposed infrastructure.
“This overhead pathway will not only ensure safety and convenience for the public but also mark a significant step in improving urban infrastructure around SKIMS Chowk,” said Sadiq.
