NTPC Recruitment eligibility criteria

• Position: CEO (Mining)
• Qualification: Graduate in Mining Engineering with First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate.
• Experience Requirement: The candidate should have a minimum of 25 years of post-qualification experience in the executive core in a Government/Public sector or any private company of high reputation
• Experience: The candidate should have adequate experience and competency in planning, developing, and operating mines. Preferably open cast mines with the prominent skill set of good networking and stakeholder management.
• Job Profile: As the CEO (Mining), the office-bearer will be leading the Mining ventures of the organization. He/She will be given the responsibility of overall management of all the mining projects of NTPC. The holder shall be responsible for setting project plans, goals, deadlines, and performance evaluation and ensuring the smooth functioning of the project.

• The initial appointment will be a three-year tenure and could be further extended based on the performance and conduct of the candidate.
