Eligibility
(i) Officers under the Central/State Governments/Union Territories including Central/State/Union Territories Police Organisation: holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent Cadre Department;
(ii) with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in LEVEL 10 in the PAY MATRIX (Rs.15600-39100, GP-Rs. 5400, PB-3 Pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department, etc.
