Judicial Officers of Pulwama felicitate Justice Rabstan

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 17: The Judicial Officers of District Pulwama called upon Justice Tashi Rabstan to honour him on his elevation as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
