Srinagar, Mar 25: The Joint Hurriyat leadership on Sunday evening met at Chairman Hurriyat (G) Syed Ali Geelani’s residence here in Hyderpora.
Sources said that Hurriyat (M) Chairman Mirwaiz Omar Farooq and JKLF Chief Yasin Malik arrived at Geelani’s residence at around 7 pm.
“It was a close-door meeting,” the source said.
It was not confirmed what exactly the leadership discussed during the meeting, which came a day after newly formed Tehreek-e-Hurriyat (the) Chief Ashraf Sehrai son Junaid announced his joining militant outfit Hizbul Mujahideen.
