JKCA trial matches conclude at Jammu

Srinagar: In the ongoing cricket trials at Jammu, two matches were played on Thursday.

The first match was played between JKCA orange and JKCA yellow.Batting first JKCA Orange posted 154 runs for the loss of six wickets on board, in which Ishtiyaq Rasool played a knock of 67 runs off 46 balls followed by Waseem Raza made 40 off 21 balls.

In reply JKCA yellow made 138 runs for the loss of nine wickets thereby losing the match by 16 runs.Sayim Mustufa made 34 off 17 balls, Radhay Sham made 23 and Paras Sharma contributed 24 runs. Omar kakroo took 3 Waseem Raza took 2 wickets.

In another match JKCA blue defeats JKCA red by three wickets.

Batting first JKCA red posted only 87 runs on board, In which Punit made 33 runs, Bandeep Scored 14 runs.

Syed Sagar took 4 Wickets Abisheikh Bhat and Ishfaq took 2 wickets each.

In reply JKCA blue Chased the target in 11.4 Overs, in which Syed Sagar made highest 27 runs Ahmad Banday made 20 runs. Deepak Dogra took 3, Vishal and Ramdayal took 1 wicket each.

Earlier JKCA conducted open selection trials for players to form JKCA T20 team for Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 north Zone trophy.
