JK Govt Orders Minor Reshuffle in Admin

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government has issued orders for transfers and postings in the civil administration department. Here are the details:

  • Rifat Aftab Qureshi, JKAS, previously Joint Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Rural Development, Kashmir, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Wullar-Manasbal.
  • Dr Tahir Firdous Dutta, JKAS, who served as Additional Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner (Central) in the office of Financial Commissioner (Revenue).
  • Deepika Rana, JKAS, formerly Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Urban Development Agency.
  • Riyaz Ahmad Shah, JKAS, who held the positions of Joint Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Smart City, Srinagar, and Chief Executive Officer, Urban Development Agency, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Rural Development, Kashmir.
  • Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, JKAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Wullar-Manasbal, has been appointed as Joint Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation.
  • Mohamamd Rashid, JKAS, who was awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Joint Director, Youth Services and Sports, Kashmir.
  • Fareed Ahmad Kohli, JKAS, General Manager, DIC, Rajouri, will now also hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Rajouri, in addition to his current duties.
