The Jammu-Srinagar national highway was partially restored for traffic on Wednesday afternoon after it was closed due to mud and landslides following heavy rains in J&K, Traffic officials said.

J&K Traffic Police, in a tweet, said NH-44 has been partially restored, and stranded vehicles are being cleared. People are advised not to travel on NH-44 without confirmation from TCUs.
