IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar takes charge as ADGP

Srinagar: Director General of Police Dilbag Singh pinned ADGP rank to Vijay Kumar and Alok Kumar in a glittering ceremony here.

The DGP and all other senior officers present on the occasion congratulated the officers and their families and wished them good luck for the future.
