IDBI has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the posts of executives and assistant managers.
A total of 1,544 vacancies are available for these posts. The link for online registration and payment of application fees will open on June 3 and will continue till June 17, 2022.
The online test will take place on July 9 for executives’ posts and July 23 for admission to PGBDF.

Graduate or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute recognized by the Govt. of India OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
Executive: Candidates applying for the post of the executive should have a minimum age of 20 years and maximum age of 25 years.
Assistant Manager: Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Manager should have a minimum age of 21 years and maximum age of 28 years.
IDBI Bank Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
For each post, the selection process is different as announced by IDBI Bank. The candidates interested in the specific post can check the selection process from the below table.
Executive (Contract): The applicants will be selected based on Online Test, Document Verification, and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’: The applicants will be selected based on Online Test, Document Verification, Personal Interview(PI), and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
Executive (Contract): The selected candidates will get a basic pay of Rs 29,000 per month during 1st year, Rs 31,000 per month during 2nd year- Rs 31,000 per month, and Rs 34,000 per month during 3rd year.
Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’: The selected candidates will get a pay of Rs 2500 per month during the Training Period and Rs 10,000 per month during the Internship and a Basic pay of Rs 36,000 in the pay scale of 36000-1490(7)-46430-1740(2)–49910–1990(7)-63840(17 years).

Emoluments, Career Prospects, and Service Conditions
The appointment of the Executive will be purely on a contractual basis. The contract would be initially for 1 year and may be reviewed for extension on a year-to-year basis for a further period of 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance, completion of assigned mandatory e-certifications, availability of vacancies at the relevant point of time, and any other criteria. On successful completion of a period of 3 years of contractual service, such appointees shall become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A) in the Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by the Bank.
