The Meteorological Department of J&K on Saturday forecasted dry weather for the day.
In an advisory shared on X (formerly Twitter), the department warned, “Cold wave conditions are expected across many areas for the next three days. Due to fresh snowfall, sub-freezing temperatures, and icy road conditions in higher reaches and key passes, tourists, travelers, and transporters are advised to follow administrative and traffic advisories.”
According to Kashmir Weather, Srinagar recorded a temperature of -4.6°C today. Gulmarg registered -7.6°C, Sonamarg recorded -9.6°C, and Pahalgam reported a low of -8.4°C.
