Srinagar, Jan 02: The Indian Meteorological Department, Kashmir Tuesday predicted that the weather in Kashmir will continue to remain dry and cold for the next 24 hours.
The local forecast for Srinagar for January 03, as per the IMD official statement, partly cloudy sky Maximum and Minimum temperature will be around 11 degree C to and -2 degree Celsius.
Talking to The Kashmir Monitor, Director MeT Sonum Lotus said there were no predictions of rain and snow in coming week.
He, however, added light rain is expected in heavy plains and snowfall in higher reaches by 4 and 5 January.
