Srinagar, July 25: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday said that a stable and democratic Pakistan was in the best interests of India.
“Hoping today’s election in Pakistan leads to a stable government as a democratic Pakistan is in the best interests of its neighbourhood especially India. #PakistanElections2018,” tweeted Mehbooba.
Parliamentary elections took place in Pakistan on Wednesday at 85000 polling stations for 272 seats of the national assembly.
