COVID19: Drones pressed into service to keep vigil on people in Srinagar

 Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday used Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) drones in Srinagar and other parts of Valley to make people aware of the restrictions imposed by administration in wake of novel Corona Virus pandemic scare.
Officials of J&K Police along with subordinate cops were seen in several parts of Valley informing general public about the restrictions imposed for the safety of people.

At the occasion, UAV drones were pressed into service through which people were informed don’t come outside their houses.
“People are requested to remain indoors as administration has imposed some precautionary curbs for their well-being. Your stay at home is the remedy of COVID-19”, police asked while announcement.
Pertinently, in wake of swelling numbers of Corona Virus suspects authorities extended precautionary restriction till March 31.(KNS)
