Central government jobs: Check vacancies, eligibility, salary, and more

Ministry of Home Affairs has invited applications from eligible candidates for different posts.

Candidates can apply for the vacancies as per the prescribed format within 60 days from the date of issue of this Circular OR, from the date of publication of this Circular in Employment News.

Vacancy Details

  • Assistant Communication Officer- 04 posts
  • Assistant- 05 posts
  • Accountant-  01 post
  • Junior Hindi Translator- 01 post

Emoluments:

The pay of the selected Officers will be regulated by the Department of Personnel & Training’s O.M. No. 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010 and as amended from time to time.

Payscale

The monthly pay scale would range between Rs. Rs. 35400 – 112400/-. (Level-6)

Eligibility

From among the officials of central Police organizations or Central Armed Police Forces Defence Organisations State Police Organizations and Union Territory Police Organizations.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science (engineering) from a recognized university or institute. OR

Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized university and having English as a second subject at 12th standard with one-year mandatory working experience in any Central Government or State Government or Union territories or public sector undertaking organization in the field of cryptography or operational research or algorithm development.

Age limit

The applicant should not be more than 56 years of age on the closing date of the application.

Mode of recruitment:

Deputation/absorption or re-employment basis (for ex-servicemen).

How to Apply 

Application (in duplicate), in the enclosed proforma (Annexure-2) along with complete and up-to-date APAR dossiers of the Officers, who can be spared in the event of their selection may be sent to Deputy Director (Admn.), DCPW (MHA), Block No.9, CGO is to be sent Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003. within 60 days from the date of issue of this circular OR, from the date of publication of this circular in Employment News. Applications submitted after the deadline, without APAR dossiers, or otherwise deemed insufficient will not be accepted.
