New Delhi, May 29: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a leading public sector undertaking in India, has invited applications for various entry-level positions across multiple disciplines. The recruitment drive for 2025 is now underway, with the last date to apply being June 27. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications through the official website of BPCL at bharatpetroleum.in.
The available posts include Junior Executive (Engineering), Associate Executive (Engineering), Junior Executive (Accounts), Associate Executive (Quality Assurance), and Secretary. BPCL is offering highly competitive pay scales for these roles, with the Junior Executive post carrying a pay scale of ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000 and a starting CTC of ₹11.86 lakh per annum. The Associate Executive post offers a pay scale of ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000, with a minimum annual CTC of ₹16.64 lakh.
To apply, candidates must first register on the BPCL website by providing their name, contact information, and email ID. They will receive a provisional registration number and password via SMS and email. After filling out the online form and uploading the required documents, applicants must preview and verify the information before submitting. The application fee for General, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates is ₹1,180, which includes GST and gateway charges. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee. Payments can be made through debit or credit cards, UPI, or net banking.
The selection process may involve multiple stages such as application screening, a written or computer-based test, case-based discussions, group tasks, and a personal interview. The final selection method will depend on the number and quality of applications received.
Selected candidates will be placed on a one-year probation period, which may be extended based on performance. Upon successful completion of the probation, they will be confirmed as per the company’s HR policies.
