Srinagar, July 23: The family members and relatives of a slain Barzulla militant on Monday staged a protest
demonstration at Barzulla bridge in Srinagar for the mortal remains of their son who according to the family
was killed during a gunfight in Kupwara district.
A number of female family members and relatives of slain militant assembled at Barzulla bridge and raised
slogans to demand his mortal remains. Due to the protest demonstrations, a traffic movement was also
hampered for some time.
The protesting relatives of slain militant demanded the mortal remains be handed over to the family as soon
as possible.
Mudasir according to the family was killed during an encounter in Kupwara district of north Kashmir on June
30.
