Srinagar, July 6: The mother of senior PDP leader and former finance minister Altaf Bukhari passed away on Friday morning after prolonged illness.
According to family sources Syeda Hafeeza Begum was ill from very long time and breathed her last at home in Sheikhbagh Srinagar on today morning.
She will be laid to rest at family’s ancestral graveyard at Ladoora in Rafiabad in Baramulla district. Nimaz-e-Jinaza of the deceased will be offered at Ladoora-Rafiabad at 3 pm today.
A family member said that the Chahrum of the deceased will be observed on July 9 at Ladoora.
