SRINAGAR, JULY 27: The All India Jammu and Kashmir Bank Officers Federation (AIJKBOF) has demanded swift implementation of wage revision settlement.
“In compliance with the directions of The Federation, the affiliated units of The Federation in Delhi, Jammu, Kashmir, and Maharashtra submitted resolutions passed in a meeting of their office bearers and executive committees to the Divisional/Zonal Managements of The Bank in Delhi, Jammu, Kashmir, and Maharashtra. These resolutions have expressed their serious concerns about the delay in implementing the wage revision settlement reached between national bank staff unions, on behalf of staff, and the Indian Banks Association, on behalf of Managements (including JK Bank Management), on 8th March 2024 in Mumbai,” General Secretary of the AIJKBOF said in a statement.
“The resolutions, calling upon The Management to expedite the implementation, also called upon the Federation to start its direct action programme if The Management fails to initiate the implementation of the agreed wage revision within the week,” the statement added.
