Offscreen rivals are friends in real life. Aamir Khan watched Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero trailer on Thursday and is mighty impressed. The Mr Perfectionist of Hindi cinema took to Twitter to share his verdict on the trailer of the film starring SRK, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif.
Zero, an Anand L Rai directorial, is one of the most awaited films of the year. SRK will be playing a dwarf in the film, Katrina an actress and Anushka, a differently abled person in the film, reports suggest.
Zero will bring the Jab Tak Hai Jaan trio back on screen and it would be interesting to see what each of SRK, Katrina and Anushka have in store for us.
The makers unveiled two new posters on Thursday to unveil Anushka and Katrina’s look in the film. Katrina appears in a glamorous avatar while Anushka is in a wheel-chair.
Even Trade analyst Taran Adarsh is impressed with the trailer. He wrote: “Watched #ZeroTrailer [3.13 minutes]… Get ready to be surprised big time… SRK, Anushka, Katrina – the characters will catch you unawares… Aanand L Rai is synonymous with emotional films and there’s a strong undercurrent of emotions on display here…(sic).”
