Srinagar, Oct 31: National Conference Chief and Former J&K Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah was Wednesday keenly following the Real Kashmir Football Club’s maiden match in the ongoing I-league campaign.

Just before the game between RKFC and Minerva Punjab started, Omar, donned in a yellow RKFC jersey, tweeted: 15 minutes to kick off & I have my kit on. Come on @realkashmirfc. Let’s show them how a debut should be done.

While the match was going, Omar also shared The Real Kashmir Film with this tweet: This is @realkashmirfc’s introduction to the most of us. Enjoy it during half time.

As soon as RKFC defeated Minerva 1-0, Omar, yet again, came on Twitter sharing his joyous views about the win: “That’s called a debut – @realkashmirfc defeat the defending champions in their opening match. Well done guys. Onwards & upwards. Here’s to more glory in the days ahead. It’s so nice to have something to cheer about. 1-0 was the score at final whistle.”
