Ingredients:

Garlic
Onions
Water
Self-sticking gauze pads
Socks

Procedure:

Peel a few cloves of garlic and finely chop them.
Chop up 1/2 medium-sized onion.
Using a kettle, bring about 1/2 cup of water to a boil.
Add the chopped up garlic and onions to the boiling water. Allow to boil for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a glass bowl and allow it to cool to room temperature.

How to use:

Place equal amounts of the liquid with chopped up garlic and onions on your self-sticking gauze pads.

Carefully place them on the soles of your feet.

Put on socks to make sure that the self-sticking gauze pads will stay in place as you sleep.

The following day, carefully remove.

You will notice that your DIY foot pads have darkened in color, a sign that they have worked.

That’s how easy it is to make and use detoxifying foot pads. You really don’t have to shell out a huge sum of cash just to benefit from the detoxifying properties of such products. You simply have to chop up a couple of herbs already found in your very own kitchen, bring them to a boil, and place on the soles of your feet using self-sticking gauze pads.
