Produced by Bhushan Kumar and Juno Chopra, the romantic comdey, Pati Patni Aur Woh went on floor on Monday.
Directed by Mudassir Aziz’s Pati, the remake will stars, Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday in lead roles. After Taapsee Pannu had been allegedly dropped from the film, the film had been in headlines for the cast change.
Pati Patni Aur Woh, a remake to the original 1978 drama, starring Sanjeev Kumar is a comical tale on extramarital affairs. Bhumi will be seen playing the wife, which was originally played by Vidya Sinha. While Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday will be seen playing Sanjeev Kumar and Ranjeeta Kaur’s roles in the film.
Kartik will also be seen in another romantic comedy film Luka Chuppi with Kriti Sanon while, Bhumi is gearing up for the action drama, Son Chiraiya.
Pati Patni Aur Woh will mark as Ananya’s second project after she debuts with Karan Johar’s Student of the Year 2 alongside, Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria.
