No question of cancelling written test for NTs: JKSSB

Srinagar, May 03: The State Services Selection Board has no plans to cancel the written test conducted for the selection of 125 posts of Naib Tehsildars recently and the process for declaration of the results of the written test is on.
Secretary J&K Services Selection Board Ghulam Hassan Sheikh said “a youth who had put a video on social media was approached police and his claim was properly investigated by district police Baramulla. The contents of the video were found totally baseless and just a figment of imagination. The process is on and the results of the written test will be declared at the appropriate time. There is no question of cancelling the written test”.
It is in place to mention here that 80 thousand candidates across Jammu and Kashmir appeared in the written test under tight security and strict vigil at selected examination centres recently but after the test a video that showed leakage of paper. A boy from Shrakwara Baramulla who had uploaded the video was approached by police and after proper investigation the video was found fake and the boy who had uploaded the video admitted that he had done mischief to attract public attention.
