JK High Court dismisses petition challenging detention

Srinagar, Nov 05: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir today dismissed a petition challenging alleged restraints and house detention of Muzzaffar Shah, Begum Khalida Shah and Dr. Mustafa Kamal.

Justice Ali Mohammed Magray observed that the petition is not maintainable and is unnecessary after communication submitted by SSP Srinagar stated that petitioners have neither been put under house arrest at 10, Moulana Azad Road nor their liberty has been curbed.
