FCS&CA books errant shopkeepers in Srinagar

Srinagar: The Enforcement wing of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs department on Wednesday collected a fine of Rs 4500 from erring shopkeepers in Srinagar city today.

In a press release issued here, the spokesperson of the department said that the team headed by joint director Nazir Ahmad Wani conducted market checking of various areas of Srinagar city including Residency Road, Regal Chowk, Sonwar,  Dalgate,  Khanyar  and Maqdoom Sahab during which a fine of Rs4500 has been collected from 12 erring shopkeepers for Voilation of Act 1955.
