BJP worker shot at during morning walk in central Kashmir

Srinagar: Suspected militants on Sunday fired upon a BJP worker in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

Official sources said the suspected militants fired upon Abdul Hamid Najar (38) son of Jamal Najar resident of Moheindpora.

They said that militants fired upon him near the railway station when he was on morning walk, leaving him injured

He has recieved bullet injuries in abdomen and has been shifted to SMHS hospital for treatment, the official said. (GNS)
